Yes, it's half the cost of the booking if cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time. Any time before that you will get a full refund, there are no refunds within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
No, our rooms are not scary. There may be some dark areas but nothing or no one will pop out and try to scare you in any way.
